Kenya has come a long way when it comes to dance and dance styles and it is only in the recent 2 years that street dance has become a major movement in the streets and on mainstream media with shows like Sakata Dance Battle, Orange Beat Ya Street (OBYS) which have brought to the limelight Kenyan dance crews.

Granted the huge strides the Kenyan dance industry has taken, it is yet to compete with the ever dynamic and creative international dance scene as we are yet to get a Kenyan Dance crew compete on this level. We have had some successfully compete ad win in regional and Pan African contents like Wapi Wapi crew winners of 2011 Malta Guinness Street Dance Championships who have also won OBYS 2013 edition.

We are almost there  in terms of taking Kenyan Dance to new levels and it is high time we set off a dance frenzy and come up with a unique style that will be the rage on online videos and viral videos.

Our dance crews also have to step up and shape up more to be the best not only on the continent but also world wide. We have a video from Japan that sets out a clear warning to Kenyan dance crews that they better be on their toes or else... and we slot in one that brilliantly showcases the rise of Kenyan Street Dance to meet global standards

Men can back me up here, we all wish to visit this legendary street in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, just to catch a glimpse of the women who ply their trade there.
With the image of a well stocked supermarket, with price tags and artistic displays, this is kinda like the same picture only the items on display are alive and seductive.
